Hash al-Sha’abi thanks Iran for honoring martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis

TEHRAN, Jan. 09 (MNA) – The Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) also known “Hash al-Sha’abi” in a statement thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for the funeral procession and honoring Second-in-Command of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.

In another part of the statement, it is read, “the Iraqi Marja have called Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis as victorious hero of wars and for this reason, we express our thanks to Marja in Iraq and people of this country who participated massively in the funeral procession of the martyr Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.”
